April 13, 2 p.m. ET

Speaker: Scott Mondore and Shane Douthitt, authors: Investing in What Matters: Linking Employees to Business Outcomes

Organizations have evolved substantially in how they view Human Resources and how they acknowledge a workforce’s inherent value to the organization. However, significant gaps still exist. The overall inability to discover and quantify the people-drivers of business outcomes continues to hinder the strategic planning and impact of HR. In this program Scott Mondore and Shane Douthitt, HR consultants and authors of the book Investing in What Matters: Linking Employees to Business Outcomes, outline a proven process (which they call "the Business Partner RoadMap"). They will provide a case study of the process in action, demonstrating how HR functions can move to the next phase of organizational evolution –- specifically, determining the impact of employees on business outcomes as the foundation of HR strategy.
