The HR Side of Northrop Grumman's Acquisitions Process

This case deals with the process that Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) uses to integrate the human resource aspects of its acquisitions. The process has evolved over the past 17 years, when NGC started acquiring firms to support its corporate strategy.
