HR and Organization Strategy 

 

Students will learn best practices to create and implement HR and organization strategy. Students will understand the importance and practice of linking individual performance to overarching organizational goals. Finally, students will learn to develop an HR strategy that is linked to the organization’s strategy. A PowerPoint file for the lecture and an Instructor's Manual comprise this module.
